We use the information we collect to operate and maintain the 99 Limes platform, facilitate lost & found item matching and communication between parties, send transactional notifications (e.g. claim updates and messages), improve and personalise your experience, and respond to your requests and support enquiries.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with venue operators to facilitate item recovery, service providers who assist in operating our platform (e.g. hosting, email delivery), and law enforcement when required by law.
Your data is stored securely using Google Cloud Platform infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Item photos and descriptions are stored for the duration needed to facilitate recovery, after which they may be automatically archived or deleted per venue policy.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. You may request a copy of your data or ask us to remove your account by contacting us at support@appmajik.com. We comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988.
